Pacific Cycles’ warranty are limited to new products purchased from authorized distributors / dealers, or Pacific Cycles factory, and all warranty claims are only valid within the region of purchase.
Starting from the date of purchase and under normal tear and wear usage, Pacific Cycles’ bicycle frame (front triangle and rear triangle) are provided with 2-years of warranty.
Within the warranty period, Pacific Cycles or its authorized distributors/dealers will, at its discretion, free of charge repair or replace any parts case by case that we determine to be defects from materials, and/or workmanship at the time of its manufacture.
General parts and components, limited to front fork, saddle, seat post, shift levers, F/R derailleurs, chainring set, crank set, hubs, freewheel set, handlebar set, stem, F/R brakes, brake levers, pedals, fender set, carrier set, bearings, linkage bars, are provided with 1-year warranty. For suppliers’ parts and components, Pacific Cycles will assist owners in claiming warranty and its service will be covered by its brand owner.
Wearable parts and components, such as tire, tube, rim, rim tape, spoke, chain, brake pad, disc brake rotor, disc brake lining, brake I/O cable, shift I/O cable, grip, lubrication, coating…etc are excluded from warranty terms and conditions.
An authorized Pacific Cycles dealer will be assigned for future warranty services upon purchase.
Within the warranty periods, all replaced parts or components will become Pacific Cycles property.
Any parts which have replaced under the warranty terms will be covered for the remaining period of the warranty of the bike, and owners are not able to reclaim any parts that has already been claimed.
With complete maintenance record, or bicycle quality examination report (at cost), owners are able to purchase another 2-year warranty extension before the original warranty expires.
Within the warranty period, when bicycle ownership transfers the warranty may be transferred to subsequent owners for the balance of the remaining period.
